Zak Morgan

Grammy nominee Zak Morgan was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and earned his bachelor's degree from Kenyon College. His unique brand of children's music delivers songs and poems with wit and charm that inspire and tickle the funny bones of children and adults alike. He performs over 200 shows a year throughout the country, using music, magic, theater and comedy to encourage children to read books and exercise their imaginations. His live performances are filled with laughter and warmth, and his unrestrained stage presence always leaves a lasting impression.

Zak has released three critically acclaimed records for children and was nominated for a Grammy in 2004 – a rare feat for an independent artist. He recently released his third record, The Candy Machine, a collaborative concept album with renowned bass guitarist David LaBruyere.
